Well as you can see I'm back for less than a week and I already finished Cadenas's GIR costume for Halloween. I'll start working on mine next.

Yes, I'm back home in California. Glad to be out of Iraq. I leave the Marine Corps on November 5th and head up to Chico California to start College.
It was a good 4 1/2 years, but its most definitely time to move on.

I never really fit the Marine profile, I'm a happy go lucky raver/hippy/nerd/thesbian/art-nut so I'm glad I'm getting out. I was able to go to some really amazing places since I've been in so I don't regret it.

I've been all over Asia, The Phillipiens, Korea, Okinawa and Mainland Japan. I've spent more than a Month in Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo. I spent 3 months last year fighting against Abu Sayyef in the jungles of the southern phillipiens on Jolo. I came back from a 2 year deployment to Okinawa last March and spent almost a full year in Southern California before being deployed to Iraq.

I joined up to be an Engineer and do Construction, but I ended up doing Security for the last 4 years. I'm going back to College in November to study Construction Engineering and do what I love for real.
